Outside Salesperson

Are you in sales and marketing of asphalt paving, seal coating, landscaping, concrete, HVAC, general construction, construction materials, or any other service business to business in the Richmond area? Your critical role in the success of our company includes generating new revenue by:
- Calling on Commercial Property Owners/Property Managers, Universities, Private Schools, churches, airports, or any other organization with an asphalt parking lot
- Pursuing incoming leads from every source on the same day
- Scheduling appointments with new and existing customers
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
-Preparing estimates and quotations for asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, and line striping projects
- Assisting with project management and effectively communicating with customers on their projects
- Keeping track of your sales efforts so you may be paid commissions when projects are completed
Skills and Experience
- Successful verifiable sales experience in business-to-business sales
- High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of community college or 4 years of college preferred
- Current computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid Virginia Driver’s license
Compensation:
Salary+Commission
After 60 Days, you will be eligible for Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid National Holidays. We will provide you with a company pickup truck, cover all business-related expenses, and health insurance coverage.
