Each section has a turn-key process that includes crack fill, sealing and striping. This is done for each parking lot section in one day.
We do concrete repairs like side walks, curbs, and gutters. We can install speed bumps, French Drain systems, fix pot holes and so much more. Debris is removed, leaving a clean area after each project is completed.
We thoroughly clean all surfaces, repair with hot rubberized fillings, and eliminate loose debris before starting. We then apply two even coats of industrial Asphalt based sealer, possibly a third for heavier traffic areas.
We create new lay-outs or re-stripe existing lot. We also paint all types of stencils: stop, no parking, fire lanes, handicap, do not enter and more. We only use top quality materials like Sherwin Williams.
After we are done with the asphalt, concrete or seal-coating, and before we leave the job site, we thoroughly clean up. We then furnish and install top soil and plant grass seed on any disturb area if needed.
